Deer Hollow Farm is a 160 year-old historical ranch in Silicon Valley. Its mission is to support environmental education programs for our community. Open to the public, this nonprofit teaching farm welcomes 100,000+ visitors and thousands of students annually.

Friends of Deer Hollow Farm is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the Farm via fundraising, awareness efforts and fun events for families.

  • Friends of Deer Hollow Farm Wins Service Award

    Friends of Deer Hollow Farm (FODHF) has won a prestigious Joint Community Volunteer Service Award for the nonprofit organization’s “outstanding volunteer service to the Los Altos and Los Altos Hills Communities” presented by both city governments. For the past 33 years, these cities have honored a select group of individuals and organizations who have benefited their communities.

    This year, FODHF was represented by Board President Sue Gale at the December 9th Awards Luncheon. Many original Board founding members and former and current Board members attended the lunch.

    Certificates of service were also presented to FODHF by Congresswoman Anna Eshoo (18th California Congressional District),California State Senator Jerry Hill (13th Senate District), California State Assemblyman Richard S. Gordon (24th California Assembly District), and Santa Clara County Supervisor Joe Simitian (Fifth District)
